Next week I’m going to tell you about the rest of our trip through France and Italy. Next up is Nice, and you’re going to plotz when you see the awesome stuff we did. But in the meantime, did you know I went to Berlin last year? I did – for two weeks! It was weird and intense and fun and soon enough I’m going to tell you all about it. But for now, take a look at some of the crazy signs I saw in Berlin. Some of them cracked me up because of their use of all-caps and/or serious fonts; some because the German language can be unintentionally hilarious; and some because, at heart, I have the comedy maturity of a 12-year-old boy. Enjoy!
OMG, I totally want to shop at DEPARTMENTSTORE. I bet I could buy SHIRT there, and also SOCK.
YES! You totally get it.
Now I know where you should go next, Christine!! West Africa! You’ll not stop laughing about the signs. Here’s a small sample: http://wp.me/pWIVP-hA
Oh. My. GODDDDDDDDDD OMG. OMG!!!
I thought you’d like them . . . 😉
The reflection over the “A” in “Berliner Fahrbar” looks like an umlaut, making “Fahrbar” “driving bear” instead. That’s even better.
