I am heading to Europe for the first time in 2 weeks. Originally was going with my boyfriend to visit his family (he is Dutch) but now we are somewhat on the outs and I am going on my own vacation without him. I am landing in Brussels but an thinking of spending my time in Southern France…. Unfortunately I will only be there for a week, and am traveling alone…. any suggestions for places to visit, stay….I am more about the atmosphere and meeting people than doing the tourist thing.
